Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sales Talent Acquisition Advisor to
drive business growth by identifying sales leads and supporting
recruitment efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, qualify, and develop sales leads through various channels
and conduct market research
Engage with prospective clients, prepare proposals, and manage
sales pipeline using CRM systems
Collaborate with the Recruiting team to source candidates and
coordinate recruitment activities
Qualifications:
Prior experience in sales, customer service, or recruiting
preferred
Comfortable with software tools, CRM, ATS, and AI integrations
Highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively
Ability to quickly adapt to new technology and integrate AI into
workflows
Own a PC/laptop and have a stable internet connection (min. 20
Mbps)
