A leading international supplier of specialty plastic, fiber, foam & packaging components is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead operations and inside sales team in the MidSouth.

The professional General Manager will be managing day-to-day operations including a team of up to 6 Inside Sales Representatives, Administrative Support, and a Warehouse Manager.

A successful General Manager will have experience and knowledge of the manufacturing industry; Preferred: a flair for distribution, inventory, and managing business relationships.

Must Have: Experience in sales, leadership, and coaching in order to be successful.
