Job Description:

A company is looking for a Policyholder Services Representative I who will handle customer service inquiries and requests.

Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service via phone and written communication
Assist policyholders with individualized inquiries and document processing
Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA privacy laws

Required Qualifications and Education

High School education/GED required
Minimum of one (1) year customer service experience or equivalent
Proficient computer skills and experience in Microsoft Office products
Must have US work rights and speak English
Ability to work on a Pacific Time Zone schedule
