Job Description:

A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative to drive their mission forward by connecting with key decision-makers in the education and workforce development space.



Key Responsibilities:

Engage with prospects through outbound efforts, including cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
Investigate target organizations and identify key decision-makers to craft tailored outreach strategies
Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure smooth transitions and follow-ups for qualified prospects


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred
6-12 months in a sales-related role, preferably in a technology, SaaS, or EdTech company
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets or KPIs
Experience in cold calling, prospecting, and quality lead generation
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales engagement tools
