Job Description:
A company is looking for a L1 EUX Associate Engineer to provide
technical support to Managed Services clients.
Key Responsibilities
Resolve problems reported to the service desk via phone or web
tickets
Provide timely communication on ticket status and resolution
Update and maintain Help Desk documentation and knowledgebase
articles
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of Service Desk experience
Experience with Windows Operating systems and MS Office
applications
Basic knowledge of network technologies and VPN clients
Understanding of security principles and best practices
Experience with mobile device support and troubleshooting
