Job Description:
A company is looking for a Seasonal Customer Relationship
Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing calls related to reservations,
appointments, and customer education needs
Educate customers on services, policies, and procedures, while
assessing their childcare needs
Manage daily work queues and provide follow-up communication to
ensure customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or call center
environments
Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office applications, particularly
Outlook and Word
Typing proficiency of 35 wpm and above average data entry
skills
Bilingual skills (Spanish) preferred
