Key Responsibilities

Ensure performance metrics are met and maintain program support
artifacts
Provide user administration support and troubleshoot technical
issues
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field
3 years of relevant professional experience in managing end user IT
support services
Possess Active Secret Clearance
Experience in managing customer expectations and delivering quality
service
CompTIA Security+ Certification
