Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Care Specialist to provide
assistance to members and providers regarding programs, policies,
and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls related to eligibility, benefits, claims, and
authorization of services
Resolve customer administrative concerns and assist in mentoring
new staff
Document customer information and ensure follow-up to meet member
or provider needs
Required Qualifications
Education Level: GED or High School diploma; preferred Associates
or Bachelor's degree
Experience Level: Less than 2 years in customer service
Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa
sponsorship
Must be flexible in scheduling and comfortable with change
Proficient typing skills (average 35+ WPM) are required
