• Certification Details
• ARRT certification required for MRI Techs
• MRI Techs require CT credentials on ARRT Certification
• Ultrasound Techs require ARDMS certification only.
  • Job Details
  • MRI TECH 730-4p rotating days
  • Must be ARRT certified
  • Must have at least 2 yrs of MRI exp with travel or 3 yrs of MRI exp with no travel
  • Must live at least 100 miles from facility
  • DL required at time of submittal

      • MRI TECH 730-4p rotating days
        • Additional Details
        • Qualivis: Attestation required confirming work eligibility in the US and that Agency Staff does have a completed and accurate I-9 form on file.
        • For clients requiring proof of the actual I9, it will be noted, in those cases we will need both the attestation and completed I9.
        • Methodist - Attestation or I9 required
        • Qualivis: Government issued photo ID required. Photo Identification must be carried on person during hours of service to client.
        • Methodist: 2 forms of government issued ID (driver's license, social security card, passport, etc.)
        • Qualivis: Social Security Card - Only required if a facility requires it
        • Methodist: 2 forms of Gov ID required
        • Qualivis: Attestation required confirming work eligibility in the US and that Agency Staff does have an employment authorized Everify on file. For clients requiring proof of the Everify it will be noted, in those cases we will need both the attestation and actual Everify results.
        • Methodist: Attestation or E-verify required
        • Qualivis: Please require if nurse is working on a compact license
