We are seeking candidates who are empathetic, culturally competent, and adept at building rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds. Additionally, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions. What Will I Be Doing?

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, strengths, and treatment goals.
• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Providing individua and group therapy sessions to address a variety of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance use disorders.
• Collaborating with clients to develop coping skills, stress management techniques, and strategies for improving overall well-being.
• Monitoring clients' progress throughout treatment and making adjustments to treatment plans as needed to ensure positive outcomes.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of client sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with agency policies and regulatory standards.
• Participating in interdisciplinary team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing training opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
• Providing crisis intervention and support as needed to clients experiencing acute mental health crises. Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Social Service field is required.
  • Two years' social work or mental health experience with youth or families.
  • License preferred (LPC, LMSW, LCSW). Be Well with HCA:
