  • Epic experience within the last 12 months required- this must be detailed on the submission profile
  • PCU experience is needed for this position
  • 1 yr req, travel preferred. Locals and 1st time traveler accepted at same rate
  • Flu exemptions not accepted

    • Candidate must have TN or compact license
      • Additional Details
      • Required for Qualivis.Aya Placements: I9 Required
      • Government issued photo ID required. Photo Identification must be carried on person during hours of service to client
      • Must check UD/JD to verify certifications required.AHA or ARC Acceptable.Required for RRT
      • EPIC Test Out required for ALL candidates- excluding Sterile Processing Tech (SPTs)
      • Initial physical, attesting to the ability to meet the physical demands of the offered position, within a year of start
      • N95 Fit Test required, within year of start. Need to update annually
      • Negative PPD, Quantiferon Gold or T-spot required within 1 year of start
      • Required for all candidates. Must be updated annually due to TB not expiring
      • Flu Vaccine required during flu season 2024- 2025
      • COVID Vaccines, Declination or Medical/Religious Exemption required prior to start
      • Background Check within 30 days of start including all locations lived/worked in the past 7 years
