Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Director of Graduate
Admissions.
Key Responsibilities
Recruits new students and oversees recruitment events
Evaluates prospective student files for admission and manages
departmental policies
Assists in staff evaluation and training, and develops recruitment
strategies
Required Qualifications
Master's degree or equivalent experience preferred
Four to ten years of related experience or training
Ability to supervise and train staff effectively
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple
projects
Knowledge of budgeting and expenditure control procedures
