A company is looking for a CRM Manager to develop and execute
CRM strategies for casino brands.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute CRM strategies covering customer lifecycle
Plan and analyze promotional campaigns for player activation,
retention, and reactivation
Monitor key retention metrics and improve communication
strategies
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in gambling or betting
Experience with email, SMS, and push channel communications
Analytical skills to interpret data and analyze campaign
performance
Familiarity with CRM integration systems and customer
segmentation
Intermediate or Upper-Intermediate English proficiency
