A company is looking for a Director of Survey Support Services
to lead post-sale client support for survey products.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage high-performing teams across multiple functions
Drive operational excellence by improving key performance
indicators and client satisfaction
Oversee the client journey for post-sale support, ensuring quality
service delivery and issue resolution
Required Qualifications
5+ years of leadership experience in SaaS customer support or
similar roles
Proven experience in building and scaling support organizations
Strong technical acumen with complex software implementations
Experience in stakeholder management and executive
communication
Background in Multifamily or Commercial Real Estate technology is
preferred
