Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager - Policy / Program to oversee
arbitration proceedings for New Jersey State Arbitration.
Key Responsibilities
Provide legal research, guidance, and training to project staff to
ensure compliance with policies and regulations
Interact with clients regarding case decisions and ensure major
client/legal requirements are met
Manage direct reports, including hiring, goal setting, and
performance evaluation
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
3-5 years of related professional experience
Experience with pharmacy claims/reimbursements
Experience using healthcare pricing benchmark data or pharmacy
pricing databases
Licensure as a pharmacist is preferred
