Key Responsibilities
Manage people and customer commitments for designated Federal
customers
Supervise staff performance, training, and communication of
department objectives
Establish and maintain effective working relationships to resolve
issues timely
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience with 5-7
years of related experience
2+ years of previous managerial leadership experience
2-4 years of telecommunications knowledge and experience
Demonstrated leadership and coaching skills
Availability 24/7 to support network emergencies
